Our Catering Process
Pick-Up
Call your order in and pick up at location. All food is provided in disposable, ready-to-serve containers.
Drop-Off
We deliver in disposable containers, ready-to-serve and set-up. We will provide disposable plates, utensils, napkins, and serving utensils. Disposable chaffing sets are available for $10 each. An 18% service charge applies.
Full Service
We deliver your food and set up buffet-style with chaffing dishes, maintain and serve all food items. This service includes: delivery, set-up, break-down, and clean-up. We will provide disposable plates, utensils, napkins, and serving utensils. Our server/bartender rate is $20 per hour with a two hour minimum. An 18% service charge applies.
